Pantry Files is an independent ingredient research site. We read your messages — pitches, corrections, study suggestions, and questions all welcome.
We respond within seven days.
What to email about
- Spotted an error? Tell us what’s wrong and where, ideally with a primary source we can verify against. See our corrections policy.
- Have a study to share? Send the DOI or a link to the paper, plus a sentence on why it changes the picture.
- Want us to investigate an ingredient or product? Tell us what you’d want to know about it. We can’t promise to cover every suggestion, but we read all of them.
- Pitching a guest contribution? Briefly describe the angle, your background, and the primary sources you’d use. We rarely accept guest posts but we do read pitches.
- Press, podcast, or speaking? Same email above.
What not to email about
- Personal medical questions — we don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Talk to a clinician.
- SEO link exchanges, sponsored content offers, or “guest post for backlink” requests. We don’t do these.
- AI-generated outreach. We delete it.
